Objectives
- To coordinate and monitor SWCorp Strategic Plan and related policies to ensure a clear direction for SWCorp in fulfilling its core functions.
- To foster a culture of innovation and creativity among SWCorp staff effectively.
- To coordinate and implement a culture of quality management in daily operations systematically and effectively.

Strategic Policy and Innovation Section
- To manage the monitoring and achievement of SWCorp Strategic Plan.
- To coordinate SWCorp and KPKT Annual Work Targets (SKT).
- To organise meetings and workshops to define and achieve SWCorp SKT.
- To coordinate the reporting of SKT data in the Instram System.
- To prepare performance reports for Action Plans and policies related to SWCorp, such as the National Cleanliness Policy, the KPKT Strategic Plan and the 12th Malaysia Plan (RMK-12).
- To coordinate the monitoring of National Healthy Malaysia Agenda (ANMS) initiatives.
- To prepare Performance Monitoring Reports for the Programme Outcome Framework (PPMF) and Activity Performance Management Framework (APMF) for Outcome-Based Budgeting (OBB) KPIs at SWCorp.
- To coordinate feedback for Cabinet Meetings and review Cabinet Memoranda.
- To coordinate the establishment of an Innovative and Creative Group (KIK) within SWCorp.
- To coordinate and implement innovative activities such as the KIK Convention and organise Innovation Day.
- To coordinate innovation awards in which SWCorp may participate.
- To manage the patent or copyright registration of selected SWCorp innovation projects with the Malaysian Intellectual Property Corporation (MyIPO).
Quality and Risk Management Section
- To coordinate SWCorp’s Internal Guidelines.
- To coordinate the myPortfolio system within SWCorp.
- To manage the registration and/or cancellation of internal forms.
- To monitor the allocation of the Education Fund (KWP) for programmes organised by SWCorp.
- To coordinate and manage meetings of the Committee for Determining Rates and Procuring Expertise from Non-public Officers for Official Government Programmes.
