Objective

Functions
- Designing and implementing assessments to provide data-driven insights into staff interests, personality traits, emotional intelligence, attitudes and achievements.
- Delivering structured development programs that instill core values, promote ethical conduct and encourage a progressive mindset.
- Providing professional counseling and consultation services individually and in groups to strengthen psychological well-being and clarity of thought.
- Identifying organizational challenges from a psychological perspective and conducting evidence-based studies aligned with stakeholder priorities.
- Implementing tailored psychological interventions to support officers in addressing challenges and elevating performance.
- Planning, coordinating and strengthening the functions and roles of the Public Service Counselling Assosiates (AKRAB).
- Driving structured mentoring programs at the agency level to develop personal and professional competencies within a defined timeframe.
- Managing and delivering administrative functions anchored in psychological best practices.
