Introduction
National Recycling Day (HKSK) is an annual event officially celebrated on 11 November. HKSK serves as a platform for the public to learn and understand the importance of 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) practices.
Objectives
• To be the highlight of public education and awareness programmes on 3R practices and cleanliness culture.
• To provide a platform for Malaysians to engage in 3R practices and the cleanliness culture.
• To provide recognition and appreciation to those who actively practice 3R activities, the cleanliness culture and the development of recycling technology.
