The C4I Control Centre (Command, Control, Communication, Computer and Intelligence) was developed to integrate cleanliness monitoring activities using the latest monitoring technology, in addition to self-regulating concession regulatory work in the field. The purpose of developing the C4I Control Centre is as follows:

1. To place all three concession companies under one roof, which will be regulated by SWCorp;

2. To implement monitoring using the latest applications and equipment;

3. To integrate various functions into one dashboard/command centre;

4. Monitoring is to be carried out through developed applications, including:

i. Concession Regulatory Monitoring System (SPKK)
Concession companies are monitored via Notice to Correct (NTC) online, which may be monitored at the Control Centre through the reception of NTC data.

ii. Automated Vehicle Locating System (AVLS)
Monitoring of activity and movement of trucks for domestic waste collection, bulky waste, etc., using the Global Positioning System (GPS) installed on concession company vehicles.

iii. Completed Work Reports (LSK)
Fieldwork is monitored according to the confirmed schedule and inventory. Virtual checks are made on concession schedule compliance, assisted by field audits.

5. To make monitoring more effective, enabling problems to be solved more quickly and accurately. In addition, reports and statistics from C4I checks may be used to determine areas that require focused monitoring.

6. The workforce of enforcement officers in regulatory activities in the field may be reduced and focus placed on SWCorp’s main strategy, namely the enforcement of the act and its regulations.
